Quotes and service terms

A website submission is a request, not an accepted booking. Service scope, price, taxes, fees, date, duration, access arrangements, and any exclusions must be confirmed before service.

Customers must provide accurate property and access information and identify relevant hazards, fragile items, pets, restricted areas, or special instructions before service.

Booking policy

Preferred dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed. TerraPetal LLC may request additional information before accepting a booking. Changes to scope may change timing or price with customer approval.

Payment terms

The final total and payment timing will be disclosed before payment. Secure payment is handled by a third-party processor; the website does not directly store full card details. Recurring charges, if offered and selected, require clear advance disclosure and customer authorization.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing lawful access, working utilities reasonably needed for service, and a reasonably safe environment. Personal valuables and sensitive documents should be secured before service.

Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to service changes, cancellations, missed access, and refund requests. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by these terms.

Website and liability

The website is provided for business information and service requests. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses arising from the applicable service, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded where lawful.

Governing law and changes

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States and Georgia law. Updates apply prospectively when posted, subject to terms already agreed for a confirmed booking.
